This cookie policy applies to the Arter websites arter.az and artersoft.de. Your choice is stored separately for each domain. If you move from artersoft.de to our shop on arter.az, we ask again there.

Legal bases
We use strictly necessary cookies and storage on the basis of § 25 (2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG. Where personal data is processed in the process, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and proper operation of the website. We use statistics and external media only with your consent: § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal is not affected.

External media
YouTube videos (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google Maps. When on, they open as soon as you click them; when off, we ask you first every time. Loading them transfers data such as your IP address to Google (USA).

Transfers to third countries
Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland; Google LLC, USA): if you allow statistics or external media, data such as your IP address may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. The basis is the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), under which Google LLC is certified. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) provides a network for delivering and protecting the websites on both domains; requests pass through Cloudflare servers. The controller is based in Azerbaijan, outside the EU; session and form data is therefore processed in a third country. There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Azerbaijan. Change or withdraw your choice
You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the end of every page. If you switch statistics off, we delete the Google Analytics cookies in your browser and send no more data to Google Analytics. Videos and maps that are already loaded are removed when you switch external media off. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; necessary functions such as the cart or forms may then stop working.
