Registration Process

The Ebiletstore platform automates and simplifies the registration process for events. Once registration begins for an event, a unique registration link is created within the system. Organizers send this link to participants, who then fill out a simple registration form through it.

After completing the registration, participants receive a unique QR code ticket via SMS or email. This QR code is generated specifically for each participant and does not allow more than one entry to the event. Participants do not go through long processes to receive their tickets; everything is completed quickly online.

On the event day, participants scan the QR code on their ticket to access the venue. The scanning process is very quick, so long queues do not form, and the entry process is fast.

This automated registration and ticketing system provides time savings and convenience for both organizers and participants.
