“N-Advert” specializes in the production of advertising products, particularly the design of outdoor advertising. The company, which states that "Advertising is the engine of trade," focuses on customer satisfaction and produces products distinguished by their quality. At the same time, it continues to serve companies looking for innovative products and creative ideas with its team of experts.
After the initial meeting with “N-Advert,” our team analyzed the company’s current situation and conducted a relevant presentation. The “N-Advert” team, visiting our office, was introduced to the software through an extensive presentation and was able to get answers to their questions. During the ongoing negotiations, a successful mutual agreement was reached between both companies, and the project was launched.
Within the framework of the ERP project, supported financially by the "European Bank for Reconstruction and Development," our company installed software for “N-Advert” with the following functionalities:
After implementing the functionalities, the company was able to easily manage its warehouse and send quick and operational proposals in response to customer inquiries. With the ability to track the status of proposals, they were able to implement an internal CRM system. Throughout the project, customized report templates were created for “N-Advert” based on special formulas provided by the company's founder and director, Namiq Nəbiyev. As a result, the company was able to measure project profitability, reduce additional costs, and optimize its production process.
