Information about project
"ErtAgro" is one of the largest importers and suppliers in Azerbaijan, importing subtropical fruits from Ecuador, Turkey, UAE, Iran, and European countries, supplying them to network markets, and wholesaling in local markets. The company's main goal is to implement global standards in the sector and ensure the supply of high-quality, healthy food.
In the ERP project initiated by "ErtAgro," the company’s workflow was first analyzed, and based on this, the structure of the software to be implemented was prepared, marking the beginning of the project. Before the ERP implementation, the company had used various software solutions, but after the "Arter – ErtAgro" collaboration, all of the company's workflows were integrated into a single software system. During the project, functionalities specific to the agricultural and wholesale sectors were applied to the software, fully customizing it to the company's workflow. With the implementation of the ERP software, the company's digital transformation process began. Additional innovations were applied to the software to establish a complete, accurate, and thorough accounting system for the developed business. Thus, the central software system was established based on the company's structure.
